Overview
Smile Clinic System is an integrated administrative platform developed to automate daily clinical and administrative operations. The system helps manage patient records, appointments, invoices, payments, user permissions, reports, and medical data through a responsive and modern dashboard.
Challenge
The clinic needed a unified system to replace paper-based and manual processes. The main challenges included appointment management, secure patient data storage, billing and payment tracking, medical record access, and staff permission management.
Solution
We developed a Laravel-based clinic management system with modules for patients, appointments, electronic medical records, invoices, payments, users, permissions, reports, and statistics. The interface was designed to be responsive, modern, and practical for daily clinic use.
